Payroll
Full management of your Weekly, Fortnightly, 4-Weekly or Monthly payroll. Including the processing of Starters and Leavers, Commission & Bonus Payments, Student Loans, Statutory Calculations (SSP, SMP), Holiday Entitlement, Attachments (DEA, AEO), Mid-Year Starts, and RTI Submissions. Liaising with HMRC on PAYE queries will also be provided.

Pension
We will process your auto-enrolment contributions each pay period, check for eligible employees and opt in/opt outs, and submit to your pension provider. We have experienced with NEST, Aviva, NOW:Pensions, People's Partnership, Smart Pension and other providers. We will also ensure you remain fully compliant with The Pensions Regulator (TPR)

CIS
Our CIS service will help you to navigate the Construction Industry Scheme regulations with ease and efficiency. We will verify with HMRC that subcontractors are compliant, calculate the correct tax deductions from their pay, prepare & submit returns to HMRC. Regular checks to ensure all filings are accurate will also be undertaken.

Payslips
This is the fee per payslip per pay period... simple!
This not only includes the processing of the pay and any amendments for your employees, but also covers the submission of pension contributions to your pension provider where required.

Payslips, along with P45's and P60's when necessary, can be securely emailed (password protected) direct to employees each pay period .

Payroll Set-Up
This is a one-off fee if you require your payroll to be set up on our payroll software.
It includes the transfer of all employee data from your current system, and acquiring access to your pension provider and HMRC PAYE account.

We can also process your payroll from your own current payroll software with no set-up fee, but will incur a fee of £10.00 per month.

Pension
We can set up a workplace pension to comply with Auto-Enrolment regulations if you don't have one already, or we can transfer you to another provider if required.

We will use the National Employment Savings Trust (NEST) as default, but you can request other pension providers of your choice.
​
Compliance with The Pension's Regulator will also be included.
